Kelvin has a (somewhat) new niece!
I’m not really sure what I’ve been so preoccupied with the last month to completely forget to mention that Kelvin’s family (more specifically, his brother Keni’s family) has a brand new addition, a bouncing baby girl named Hana!

Hana
She was born in the beginning of March, so this post is a month late. She came out pretty big at 9lbs 3oz. She kinda looks like her sister (Naomi) when she was born.
Naomi
Naomi is no longer the lone princess of the house, so I’m sure she can relate to how the previous princess (the dog) feels now. Though, since Hana is fresh from the oven, she’s nowhere near maximum cuteness, so I’m sure Naomi can bask in plenty of attention in the meantime.

Kelvin imitating Hana
We’ve only seen her a couple times since she was born because we were sick/not-quite-well the last couple weeks, but I’m sure we’ll go back to regularly bugging Keni and Susie in no time. Whenever we did see her, Hana was always doing what she apparently does best, and that’s sleep. We did catch a moment or two of consciousness tho.
She seems to prefer sleeping. It’s cool; I understand.
New thing I learned today: Along with meaning “flower”, “hana” is also Japanese for “nose”.
